So here it is.
Before and during.
1 year exactly. 73 pounds down.
I’m not going to lie, from September to February I completely gave up, and put on the ‘freshman fifteen twenty two’, but I have worked hard since, and this is where I am today. 
I have quite a lot of flab still, and I’d like to lose another stone or so of fat, and turn it into muscle. I want to be toned and fit.
My main motivation now is that I just keep thinking to myself that if I hadn’t given up, I could be there by now. I can’t turn back time, I can only look forward, and not go back to my disgusting old habits!
